1. What does Yalom say about the role of a facilitator in a formed group?
2. How did you interpret my silence/absence in the TD? What does this say about your own person? About your interpretations of silence? Of loss?

In answering these questions: reflect on how the role of the facilitator changes over the course of the life of a group? Am I needed? Where? And why?
