Our world right now is anything but typical. However, it is still important to recognize how you will balance your schoolwork with your other life obligations. Now that you have an idea what your typical school week will look like on top of the other obligations that you have, create a time management plan. You have roles and responsibilities that will not/cannot change. You should begin your time management assignment by slotting these into your document first.

Instructions

1. Save this template. Name it: Time Management (initials). For example, “Time Management lw”.

2. Review the Grading Rubric for this assignment.
3. Type a description of essential activities into the boxes that correspond to that activity.

*Hygiene, grocery, eating, and sleeping

4. Think about what you now believe will be the time commitment required for your schoolwork.

5. Add the time you plan to dedicate to your coursework during a typical week to your time management plan.

6. Think about what other activities you want to continue but which have not yet made it on to your time management plan.

*Dinner dates, running, yoga, work and TV time

8. Review your plan once you have filled in all the boxes. Be sure it reflects a plan that makes sense and that you could effectively manage.
