Select one current issue or trend facing the nursing profession to write a scholarly paper and present about.  The paper should be 2-3 pages in length. Size 12 font, (arial, times new roman, Calibri) At least 3 sources/references must be cited; two of these sources must be professional sources/articles (i.e., professional journals, etc.)APA Format must be followed  In order to maintain passion and commitment to this assignment, consider writing about an issue/trend you’ve experienced in the hospital.  Being able to relate to a topic enhances your ability to express thoughts and gives your writing and presentation more meaning.  You will also present this paper in a recorded video presentation that will be viewed by the course professor and your peers.  In a typewritten paper address the following:
