Group Residency Reflection

This assignment requires you to reflect upon your group counseling experience at residency and write a 2-3pages reflection paper (not counting the cover page or reference list). The paper requires you to report on your observations of the processes of the group during residency, reflecting on what processes you saw in other group members, the group as a whole, and most importantly, yourself and your role and contributions to the group. Your reflections should attend to your behaviors but also your internal experiences, including your emotional reactions. No abstract is needed.

Residency is a psychoeducational experience, and is not group therapy.
